Problems with
the ScotWeave dongle are rare but the following should help resolve
these problems if they do occur. The first thing to do is identify the type of dongle that you are using. There have been only two ScotWeave dongle types as follows -
Please identify the type of dongle that you are using then click on the picture above for problem solving information for that dongle type. Note that there are three DK2 dongles now in circulation (all shown in the photo above). The larger dongle is the original one which has been replaced by the new smaller one from August 2003 onwards. Both DK2 dongles are the same and are interchangeable. The keyring-style USB dongle has been available from September 2003. |
