After extensive research and consultation with technical fabric manufacturers, ScotWeave presents an easy input design program for technical textiles designers who produce fabrics for industrial and commercial end uses. Within our new Technical Weaver program, any number of stackable warps and wefts are allowed, with easy insertion of stuffer threads. Different cross sectional shaped yarns can be created and indvidual yarn parameters, including weights and desnity, can be stored. Our 3D weave creation tool allows fast checking of the overall woven structure and individual areas of interest. Below are sampes of 3D animation and screenshots saved from the porgram.
