Drape & Presentation
The intuitive visual design approach continues for displaying and marketing your fabrics through the ScotWeave Drape and Presentation programs. Sold separately both programs are simple to use, quick to learn, and produce accurate stunning results.
Drape
Predict how a fabric is going to work within a product with the ScotWeave Drape Program. Create your own room sets/drape models from scanned or digital images.
Easy visual creation of draping grids superimposed on image, sets how the fabric will sit in an area, eg railroaded or on the bias. The grids are easily edited at any point for fine tuning of fabric direction.
Different draping 'regions' for different parts of the image to allow different fabrics or co-ordinating colours are easily placed in several areas.
Visual fabric alignment (drag fabric) in real time for pattern matching and ability to adjust scale on each drape region for correct representation of fabric size to end product.
Drape with ScotWeave Dobby and Jacquard designs, standard file formats or solid colours.
Output finished drape image in standard image file format for electronic forwarding or print to paper.
Both the Drape and Presentation programs are 100% Microsoft Windows© compatible, using standard PC/laptop hardware.

Presentation
Create layouts or 'storyboards' on screen for paper printouts at your requested page size or electronic displays.
Easy access to all ScotWeave design and image files with simple drag and drop interface for image objects.
Add background images or colours to enhance the presentation. Add text quickly and easily using standard Windows® fonts. Include your own logo image for a fully branded appearance.
Fabric edges can be 'pinked' or 'fringed' and add a shadow to create the illusion of real fabrics on the page.
Automatic layout tools for instant generation of presentations or create your own layout. Ability to overlap image objects to create a 'cascading' effect.
