2004 - Dual Screen Support
The latest version of ScotWeave can now support dual screen operation
under Windows XP. Although dual screen operation is not in itself
new, previous implementations often required special and expensive
hardware. With ScotWeave all you need is Windows XP, two screens,
and a suitable graphics card with two outputs (readily available,
off-the-shelf for US$ 100 or less). Setup is carried out entirely
under Windows and within ScotWeave you can choose how the windows
are laid out to get the best from the two screens.

2004 - Jacquard Looms Program
The ScotWeave Jacquard Looms program has undergone a major rewrite
to make it faster, more powerful, and easier to use. The recent
improvements are aimed at making this component of ScotWeave the
most versatile jacquard loom file editing utility available. Covering
all of the major jacquard loom disk formats, the program will handle
the new larger jacquard sizes for flatwovens, terry towel, and velvet
designs and allows full hook-mapping for complex harness layouts.

2001 - ScotWeave Launch Archiver
This month sees the launch of a new design archive utility program
that allows you to archive, categorise, and search through your
ScotWeave designs and other images easily and quickly.
Called ScotWeave
Archiver the program is built around a fast database engine
designed to let you enter information tags alongside designs and
to cross-reference and search for designs using these tags. When
setup correctly this means no more lost designs. Simply enter search
information into Archiver and browse through all of the designs
that match your search data.
Archiver cam
be used for all ScotWeave design formats and for all standard image
file formats. You can use the product on a single pc, across a company
local area network, or even over the Internet.
